Monumenta est un événement à l’initiative du ministère de la Culture et de la Communication. La liste des partenaires est affichée sur la gauche de l'écran. 
 
L’œuvre quant à elle appartient à Richard Serra qui en finance la production. Il la récupère donc à l’issue de l’exposition.
